Favorite TV Show

My favorite TV show is Greys Anatomy because its a crazy TV show. Theres a lot of drama. I mean I don't like drama but that TV show is pretty funny and sad. It also feels real when you're watching it. I feel what the characters feel when I'm watching it.

1. I am thankful for my life because it gives me opportunities to do amazing things in the world.
2. I am thankful for my friends because they help me get though life and they are always there for me in need.
3. I am thankful for my music because without it i couldn't manage life. It helped me get threw alot of things growing up.
4. I'm thankful for my freedom here in America because back in Kuwait i had none. I get to do alot more things on my own now.
5. I'm thankful that I'm not poor and live on the streets.
6. I'm thankful for the people who try to make the world a better place.
7. I'm thankful I'm not blind or deaf because I wouldn't be able to see or hear the world.
8. I'm thankful I have a Strong soul because with that you can face with world with no fear.
9. I'm thankful for being born because I know I'm going to be someone big in the future.

Week off

For Thanksgiving I am going to my family's house for dinner to see my cousins, and for the rest of the week off I'm just going to stay home and hang with friends mostly. I'm also going to be looking for a job. I might start working out I don't know, it depends if I have nothing better to do.

Rowdy looks at life really bad because he was raised with an alcoholic family that's abusive. So he dislikes life alot, and from living with that he has become violent. Junior on the other hand is brave because he left his old school and his old life for a new one, and went to an all white school.
There lives are different because now they go to different schools and Rowdy hates Junior because of it.

1. Junior is a Spokane Indian, and he lives on the reservation.

2. At Reardan High School Junior is one of the smartest kids, but Gordy is smarter.

3. Junior has a hard time getting to school, so sometimes he has to walk all 22 miles.

Think about the technology you use in your life today?

Technology would be hard to live without because you use it in your daily life everyday. It would be hard to get to places, to meet up with people , talk to people around the world. Basically you use it for mostly everything. If there was no technology today I don't know what we would do because it helps alot in our life. Like me I'm on the computer alot. I'll be on there for like 5 hrs a day.

What are your impressions of life on the reservation

My impressions of life on the reservation would be weired because I'm Indian and I'm in a school full of white kids. I would feel scared to because i would'nt know how there going to think of me or how to act. I'd feel like i could'nt make friends because of my race. But i'd try my best to fit in and make friends. I'd be brave and do my thing. Even thow im scared id act like im not.

What would it be like to move away from the place you've grown up?

I've already moved to a place I've grown up. I lived in Kuwait for 14 years. Then i moved up here it was amazing because for all the freedom they have in America. Unlike Kuwait people are very closed minded people so you cant really act like your self. People respect alot in Kuwait and its all about reputation over there. But when i moved here i was more happy because of how the mentality is over here. Alot more things to do over here alot more fun. More open minded people over here which i love the most.

Junior

Junior is always down about him self. He wears cheap clothes.He loved starting high school. He is scared of his best friend beating him up. He cares about his best friend more than his parents. He was born with a big head with extra brain juice. He has seizures from it. He had a dog Named Oscar that was his best friend that had got sick so he asked his parents to take him to the vet but they didn't have the money so they shot his dog.

The absolutely true diary of a part-time indian

My first impression of the book was that its going to be fun to read because hes talking like hes talking to me. I also like this book because he's really funny when he's talking bout being poor. My other impression about the book is that some things relate to me in the story. One would be about when his parents wouldn't help his dog and left it to die.

Hey my name is Jehan .I turn 18 in a week .Just started read180 .I'm from Kuwait(next to Iraq) .Lived there for 14 years ,just moved to America a few months ago .I'm planing on getting my GED here soon so i can get a job and my own place to live at .An later on in the year i plan on moving to Eugene .I also plan on getting my license here soon too !I hope i finish this read180 class soon so i can hurry up and get my GED just i really want to move on with school because i want to learn how to be a DJ .In the future i plan on starting a techno club .
